1、 Product Overview
In the production process of modern industry, due to process requirements, the application of dust meters is becoming increasingly widespread, and the performance requirements for them are also increasing.
The TC-YDB (wall mounted) series dust concentration detector adopts high-precision anti-aging sensors, intrinsic safety explosion-proof structure, and wall mounted stainless steel box design. It is suitable for various dust generating working environments such as production workshops, material storage warehouses, material yards, offices, belts, and wind power feeding. The two-wire 4-20mA output signal can be easily integrated into the user's automation management system. Real time online monitoring of dust environmental conditions, timely alarm or activation of dust removal and reduction equipment, to control the dust content in the environment within the specified range and reduce the damage of dust to human health and the environment. Dust concentration detectors are playing an increasingly important role in the energy-saving and efficiency enhancing processes implemented by enterprises.
It can be widely used in various industrial applications, such as ironmaking, power generation, pharmaceutical machinery, chemical industry, building materials processing, cement manufacturing, etc. This includes monitoring the emissions of office dust, production workshop dust, process transportation dust, material yard dust, and other generated dust.
2、 Working principle
The TC-YDB (wall mounted) series dust concentration detector adopts accurate and reliable AC electrostatic measurement technology. Under the action of the airflow generated by the auxiliary gas source, the dust particles in the tested environment are introduced from the inlet of the dust concentration detector through the electrostatic sensor to the outlet of the dust concentration detector. The weak current generated by the dust particles in this movement is collected by the sensor and transmitted to the transmitter. After being filtered, amplified, and processed by a transmitter, it becomes a 4-20mA output value that is linearly related to the dust content.
3、 Characteristic advantages
1. The TC-YDB (wall mounted) series dust concentration detector consists of a compact wall mounted box structure consisting of a sensor unit, a transmitter unit, an auxiliary airflow generator, and a stainless steel box.
2. The dedicated sensor is a passive type without electronic circuits. High sensitivity, unaffected by vibration, no dust contamination, high reliability, and long lifespan.
3. The current signal output by the transmitter is electrically isolated from the sensor unit, achieving interference free transmission of the output current signal.
4. Two wire (4-20mA) current signal generation and output, strong anti-interference ability, easy to transmit over long distances, and no special requirements for transmission wires. The output current is linearly related to the dust concentration, which facilitates subsequent PLC data processing.
5. Modular design allows for individual self replacement of sensor units and transmitter units.
6. Long life design, all metal casing and connectors.

6、 Instrument installation
1. The dust concentration detector TC-YDB (wall mounted) is installed and fixed on the wall.
2. The air inlet and outlet should not be obstructed, otherwise it will affect the measurement results, but it will not cause damage together.
3. The installation position is generally selected at a height of 80cm to 200cm from the ground.
4. Auxiliary gas source connection pipe with a diameter of 10mm and a high-pressure pipe, and ensure that the pipeline is not bent.
5. The connecting cable is a 2 * 1mm ² shielded cable, and the shielding layer should be well connected to the transmitter housing inside the detector.
6. The external cable and auxiliary air source connection pipe should be fixed nearby to prevent back and forth swinging, which may cause mechanical damage to the transmission wires and pipelines.
